Condo is thoroughly disinfected after each stay! Second floor direct ocean front condo! Be on beach in 1 min w/gated private boardwalk! Kitchenette seats 4. Bedroom w/king bed & great room w/queen sleeper sofa. Heated pool, showers for pets & people, grilling off pool, laundry & ice center. 1/2 mile south of 206 bridge. Leashed pets allowed on beach. (We charge a $50 pet fee (covers 2 pets for entire stay) separately. We request this after reservation is paid.) 15 mins to downtown.

The condo was great! The view was good. Nice heated pool. One minute walk to the beach. Very comfortable.

This was a great location, clean and quiet and had a beautiful view of the ocean. I can’t wait to go back and would stay at Betsy’s place again and again.
It is small. However, it’s nice. The best things about it is the local fun in Saint Augustine, beach, pool, and private balcony. These are where you’ll probably spend most of your time.
What a great weekend get away! We had a wonderful time and the location was just perfect. Betsy was always quick to respond. Would definitely come back.
Highly recommend! View of the ocean is unbeatable. Pool was a comfortable temperature and was pretty big. Washing machine and dryer just a few rooms down the hall from us allowed me to easily do laundry. Bed was very comfortable. Really no complaints. Great place for a beach getaway if you are looking for a less crowded beach as we were.
