Condo is thoroughly disinfected after each stay! Third floor direct ocean front condo! Be on beach in 1 min w/gated private boardwalk! Kitchenette seats 4. 1 bedroom w/queen bed, 1 full bath & great room w/queen sleeper sofa. Heated pool, showers for pets & people, grilling off pool, laundry & ice centers. Ideal location, 1/2 mile south of 206 bridge. Leashed pets are allowed on the beach. (We charge a $50 pet fee separately. We request this after reservation is made.) 15 mins to downtown.

Fabulous view, comfy, well furnished and well kept apartment, easy access to beach and pool plus nearby shops and eateries. A great place to stay!
I loved Betsy’s place. I traveled with my pup and it was such a great location for us! I loved that I could go out on the porch and just watch the sunrise! Not too far from downtown either! Highly recommend this place

Awesome place right on the beach, and not a far drive to all the touristy sight seeing stuff we wanted to do. Very clean and comfortable. An amazing value for the space you get.
Betsy’s place great location...away from crowds and beautiful views of ocean! Our first stay at beaches in this area and loved them...white sand and very clean. Great location with eating places only few miles away. Condo Very convenient to elevator and pool but not close enough to hear all traffic. Very well constructed and only heard noise from above once. Kitchen stocked well with needed items to prepare meals. No dishwasher so if have aversion to washing dishes bring plenty paper products to eat off of. Ice machine close to room. Internet was very spotty and required frequent login. But fortunately didn’t have to conduct any business while at beach. Would definitely stay here again!
We loved our little trip to St. Augustine! The place was super cute, clean, and the view was even better! Perfect little getaway!
